1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Other Cities & Towns: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
- Remote / Rural Locations: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹40 will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
- You can track your order anytime on our website under “Track Order”.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Delayed / Failed Deliveries

- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or multiple failed attempts by courier, shipping charges may be non-refundable.
