Return & Refund Policy – Cottage Kart

At Cottage Kart, we want you to love what you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• Products can be returned within 4 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• An unboxing video without cuts and editing is mandatory to get proper exchange or return refund.
• Certain items like personalized or hygiene-related , and small Dress Accessories products are non-returnable.
• Products can not be returned after 4 days of delivery.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  

Shipping & Returns:

• Orders placed are dispatched within 2 days window.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective/damaged.
